      Power has been restored to Phantom Ranch, the outpost at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, where lodging and services were temporarily suspended because of an outage beginning Saturday morning. It is my understanding that Phantom Ranch was built to support the mule rides down into the canyon long before the Grand Canyon was a National Park. I think it books up as fast as the mule ride does. Be aware that you cannot buy food at the dinning room at Phantom Ranch if you are not a guest there.
